GPU acceleration is NOT ACTIVE in ph.x

Dear community,

I have faced with problem of not working GPU acceleration in PHonon program (ph.x) while in the pw.x program the GPU acceleration works well. The ph.x is runs after the pw.x (and, respectively, use the wavefunctions and other information produced by pw.x) in the same batch job with the same resources. Moreover, I added explicitly "export USEGPU=yes" in my batch script. The input and output files as well as the compilation info are attached.
