Amount of NEB I/O
See https://lists.quantum-espresso.org/pipermail/users/2021-March/047158.html
Apart from incorrect "wfcdir" usage: is it really necessary that NEB writes and reads wavefunctions at each iteration? One might restart from wavefunctions at the previous iteration of the same point, or at the previous point in the same iteration, or whatever is available. Is wavefunction interpolation used by default? if so, is it worth it?
