error opening file charge-density.dat in QE_6.3

Recently I am trying QE 6.3, and the simulation failed with error message:

error opening file ./(outdir)/(Prefix.save)/charge-density.dat

I have run the same job using QE 6.2 and it was fine. I checked the /outdir for QE 6.3 and I did not find charge-density.dat, instead there is a charge-density.hdf5 there with zero file size. I am not sure what caused this.

P.S. I compiled the executable on NERSC, not my own computer nor private cluster.
