English as the company commonly used language

Scenario summary

Agile is looking for talented people abroad, and it has already started hiring some of them. This means that, as of now, there are colleagues that cannot engage in discussion in all those corporate channels where the commonly used language is Italian. While for the moment this could have a limited impact, since Agile is serious about going international, we should start considering shifting toward more international "habits".
