Consider switching to mkdcdisc

Currently I use mkisofs (Or was it geniso?) and cdi4dc to create my output cdi files. However, it seems there's now a new tool that can do a lot of the work for you.

Consider using this. NOTE: I don't know how much control we have over the IP.BIN or its creation.
