Add 'ping' command to protocol

Maybe we should consider adding a command, that would not require querying any data, but would allow for checking if server is working and accepting requests.

I am not sure if this is necessary. The question really is, whether other systems can assume, that when tcp connection can be established, the ddb server is healthy.
