LinkedIn is blocked no matter what settings you allow/disallow

LinkedIn, is an important social media service, and with courses on LinkedIn learning for college students are required for some classes. To be sure I allowed everything from Social networks down to Adult content, and it still had the normal anti procrastinations screen. I don't know enough about coding, nor how you had set it up, I am just having you be aware of the current blockage of the page.
