Add TODO to task conversion

Using TODOs you can easily save some tasks or notes. They don't require deadlines, tags or description, but user should be able to convert a TODO into a task. Thats how it should be done:

  1. User clicks right mouse button two times on some TODO
  2. Task is created with given TODO's name
  3. Given TODO is deleted

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
