[SON-HIVE Voting] Implement support for son_scheduling in cli_wallet

Currently, within cli_wallet , creating and updating son objects is done without differentiating between hive and bitcoin. One son_object contains hive and bitcoin public keys. Which means that we have single son_object for both, hive and bitcoin.

Hook on the existing functions in cli_wallet for creating/updating son_object and implement hive and bitcoin son_ object creation.
