[SON-HIVE Voting] Implement support for son_scheduling in create_son_operation

Add new functions for creating/updating hive son object and bitcoin son object. (or modify existing ones which don't differentiate between hive and bitcoin son object)

Son object should be configurable, which means that in son_object class we should have type of son_object which will indicate is it hive son object or bitcoin son object.

son_info should also care the information about type of son (hive or bitcoin)
