SON does not create multi-sig deposit address.

Sidechain address creation method works fine via DEX UI and cli_wallet. But the SON's does not create multi-sig deposit address from it (i.e Peerplays SONs supposed to create it in seconds).

Expected result : For instance.

Actual result :

I just checked to get_sidechain_addresses_by_account for few accounts which are already exists in the wallet. Seems that those accounts already has multi-sig deposit address. We can see this in the below image.
