Nothing happens after clicking on the 'Withdraw' button under 'Power Down' section on Voting page.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Open the application URL : 'https://dex1.peerplays.download/'
2. Login with Valid credentials.
3. Go to 'Voting' page from the 'Hamburger' menu.
4. Then click on 'Withdraw' button under 'Power Down' section.
5. Verify the result.

Expected Result:

'Withdraw' pop up should be open after clicking on the 'Withdraw' button under 'Power Down' section on Voting page.

Actual Result:

Nothing happens after clicking on the 'Withdraw' button under 'Power Down' section on Voting page.
