Zephyr is available in two falvours one as a JIRA plugin and a standalone version. We have this as a JIRA plugin. Now, I am not sure how to integrate it with CI of any sort as my understanding its used for manual testing. Essentially a platform to create the test cases, test plans and then manually execute them. I am not sure there is any sort of test automation possible with Zephyr. In our case we must be using the tool to create, record and manually run the tests. If we can integrate with CI that's good but I am not sure that is possible.

In the past these test cases used to live in wiki's and spreadsheets and it was very difficult to track them. Thats where Zephyr helps.
