I though I had fixed the "Linux DE freezing"-problem but the actual issue was the uncapped framerate, here's the complete fix which makes the framerate capped.

Turned out that 0.3 didn't work on Windows, just because Windows.

Anyway, I had to switch to another INI library and this time compiling worked on BOTH platforms. (Linux & Windows)

The gray bar at the bottom is WIP (it will be a control bar to shut off modules later on) and shouldn't interfere with the actual screen, so you shouldn't worry about it.
