Fix "Getting SDC resource with version >= 10.0 doesn't work" regression
That change corrects sorting of the versions for the objects returned by the SDC API. For most of the SDC objects version is a string in "float" format, so: "1.0", "1.1", "2.0", "9.0", "9.1", "10.0". If we compare strings then we can see that "9.0" > "10.0" what's from the versioning point of view incorrect. We map these strings into float objects and then 9.0 < 10.0. But... There is a kind of resource which keeps version in other format. For VSP version can be: "6bee2e6fa0f64fea91c11d404c54fac0" and trying to map it into a float raises an exception.
