Indicative Price box in proposal frame

Problem to solve / Request

The two arguments to remove it:

• It feels overloaded to have the PriceBox in the proposal frame and we said, to keep this frame as reduced as possible.
• And It feels like imposing our ideology... I think groups should be responsible to state it in (their words, around the frame).

My proposition: Remove it or have a query to disable it.

• Create a url query param "pricePolicy=false" to hide it.
• Document the flag in the wiki.
• And add a note: "pricePolicy=false" to hide the price policy in the proposal frame. If you use this flag, you are responsible to inform the user about the openki price policy"
