Test Plan Package as Test Plan Run Parameter

If the test plan is that executed comes from a TapPackage, a package identifier should be inserted into the result parameters.

For now this is the format:

run.Parameters["Test Plan Package"] = $"{Package.Name},{Package.Version},{Package.Hash}"
