Large Numbers Cause OpenTAP to Halt or Crash

Entering the number 1e9999999 will cause the application to halt.

This is because we try to convert 10^9999999 to a BigInteger, which will take up at least 100MB of memory.

Lets put a limit on the max value of floats that can be parsed.
