Add Support for Including Dependencies from .xml Files in package.xml
When authoring plugin packages, it is sometimes desirable to include test plans, either as the main feature of the package, or as a means test the package's functionality. But test plans can have dependencies in addition to the package which contains it. In this case, those dependencies must be installed by the package consumer after installing the package which contained it. It would be nice if a package could inherit package dependencies from other files.
I propose adding an XML tag to the package.xml of the containing package:
> package.xml
...
<Files>
<File Path="MyTestPlan.TapPlan">
<IncludePackageDependencies/>
</File>
</Files>
...
The package defined by this package.xml
file should then inherit all of the dependencies of MyTestPlan.TapPlan
