Flow Control \ If Verdict step gets stuck when it is a child step under Flow Control \ Parallel

Environment:

Windows 10, 64-bit

OpenTAP 9.13.1 - OpenTAP 9.14.0

Steps to reproduce:

1. Run attached TapPlan IfVerdictBug.TapPlan
2. Click ok on the dialog step

Actual result:

Delay under the sequence step is never ran as If Verdict step never completes

Expected result:

Both delay steps are ran

Other remarks:

Same TapPlan is working as expected on TAP versions 9.12, 9.11 and 9.9.3
