`OpenTapPackageReference` only works the first time on Linux

After first build it throws these errors:

Could not find a part of the path '/Users/stefanholst/git/opentap-tui/OpenTAP.TUI/bin\Debug\/Packages/OpenTAP'. [/Users/stefanholst/git/opentap-tui/OpenTAP.TUI/OpenTap.Tui.csproj]
