Unhandled GUI Error : ScopeMember.getCommonParents

Environment:

Windows 10, 64-bit

Test Automation 9.12.0-rc.1

Steps to reproduce:

1. Open Plan Parameterize_on_parent_a_parent_parameter.TapPlan
2. Edit TimeDelay parameter and renaming it to " "
3. Edit parameter again and select the name for TimeDelay1

Reproduced once. Possible improvement: do not allow an empty parameter name
