tap package install: The actions and messages related to "--interactive" are not logged

Environment:

Windows 10, 64-bit

OpenTAP 9.12.0-rc.1 (reproduced 9.11)

Steps to reproduce:

1.tap package install REST-API --interactive 2. choose "Ignore" for both dependencies

Actual result:

Nothing is logged related to "--interactive"

Expected result:

The actions done while using "--interactive should be logged"

Other remarks:
