Sweep: Removed step (and parameter) are still displayed in the log when executed

Environment:

Windows 10, 64-bit

OpenTAP 9.8.3

Steps to reproduce:

1. Add a Sweep with a Delay child
2. Make Time Delay a sweep parameter
3. Remove the Delay step
4. Run the Sweep step

Actual result:
