Image installer stops working if a Linux package is installed on Windows
The current image installer requires all packages to have the same platform, but it is possible to force-install a Linux package on a windows system. In that case all image updates will start failing even though the package affected was not touched by the installer.
When determining platform, we should not look at packages that arent being touched by the installer and in case of a conflict we should use the platform defined by the OpenTAP package or the system.
This is a Bug, because the existence of a Linux package should not break it.
