Break on error setting clarification

Hi,

Rather small thing, but me and my colleague got confused while we were building a test plan.

Test step 'Break conditions' is on "Break on Error" by default, but the setting is not enabled, yet it will break on Error.

Clarification suggestion: Enable 'Break conditions' (checkbox) by default, if breaking is enabled.
