Major breaking changes.

- Removed the idea of building a .net wrapper dll to use with the code.
- Removed wrapper types, Python objects now inherit directly from C# objects.
- Major cleanup, removing lots of code.
- Improved the way properties are defined
- Now supports Python 3.7-3.11
