Add a link in the opentap.io package repo to confirm this is a open source plugin when released

Upon release of the plugin open source, we need to add a link (a manual work probably for @StefanHolst if I understand correctly from @asger ) in the package repo on opentap.io. THis will ensure it is visible that his SSH test step is open source.
