by surprise someone shit all over my previous optimization with a virtual stuff to slow all terrainload by 10%

master = 345 ms for all tamhiel my fix = 315 ms for all tamhiel

my criticque for altering stuff = 1. u forgot to alter normals 2. why not give him a new copy of ESM::Land with altered data builtin = no need any terrain codechange?
