Hircine's Ring doesn't always work
This was discovered while working on the lycanthropy stuff. Give yourself Hircine's Ring with the console:
player->additem bm_ring_hircine 1
then put it on in your inventory. It will ask if you want to use it, click yes, then close the inventory. The screen will fade out, turn you into a werewolf, then fade back in like expected. This seems to work reliably.
However, it's supposed to change you back after 6 in-game hours but for some reason it doesn't always. Sometimes it does, but other times it doesn't. If it doesn't change you back, you stay in werewolf form forever. If you switch cells while in werewolf form, it seems to cause the problem more reliably, but I remember seeing it happen once when I stayed in Beshara as well.
This seems to be a problem with the scripts, probably with variables getting reset, but I don't know how I can probe a script's variables from the console (and IIRC, the variables are instanced for each in-game reference it's running on, so using the base item or script name wouldn't be sufficient). I'm pretty sure the script was still being processed because I could use the console to change back with UndoWerewolf, then putting on the ring and taking it off made it behave like I was changing back, and I could put the ring back on to change again. So it seems something is happening to make the script think I don't need to be changed back.
