different gold coins in Tel Mara

In Tel Mara, in Sadrith Mora, there are gold coins on a table on the right. when taking those 10, 5 and 1 gold coins, they are not summed up with the others.

Furthermore, when quiting and returning into Tel Mara, the coins reappear on the table but they are not selectable.
