Editor: Cell lighting in resaved cleaned content files is corrupted
I am opening this issue based on the thread Weird openmw-cs problem
It is customary to clean plugins (say with tes3cmd), because not only the vanilla cs can add a lot of junk and dirty edits, there is the problem of so-called evil GMST's that can right down ruin a game. The problem is, as explained by Capostrophic on the the thread: "It's not something supernatural. ESM reader/writer doesn't work well with plugins that lack cell lighting subrecords (i.e. cleaned plugins), in resaved plugins the subrecords are resaved anyway but with zero values (black colors)."
Now, I tested with the vanilla CS to see if the same problem arises and it does not, so this seems to me to be a bug -- you can test it for yourselves using the attached plugins in the thread.
It is a trap for the unwary: a user cleans a plugin, then thinks of editing it, uses openmw-cs because it is good enough for the job, starts playing and a few hours into the game, bam, starts seeing very dark cells and wonders what the heck is causing it.
