Arrow remains attached to actor if pulling animation was cancelled
This bug usually happens when actor get a knockdown when he tries to pull arrow from quiver.
Usually we detach arrow when play the "shoot release" animation key, but it obviously does not happen when we cancel attack animation due to knockdown/knockout. In this case arrow remains attached to shooter, what is a bit weird.
A simpliest solution would be to update weapon state after we cancel attack animation in such cases.
