Make water reflections more configurable
Possible approach:
- Reflect terrain and sky.
- Also reflect statics, activators and doors.
- Also reflect items and containers.
- Also reflect actors.
For now we either reflect everything excepts actors or reflect them too.
If we will not reflect containers and items, it will boost FPS a bit (+2-5 FPS for me).
