NiUVController is handled incorrectly
Use an attached mesh and move to Pelagiad. There is a difference in how vanilla Morrowind and OpenMW handle niUVControllers:
OpenMW: the controller moves textures from all texture slots, so glowing window will move upside and down.
Morrowind: the controller will move only textures which use the given UV Set (it seems it is hardcoded to 0).
Also it seems the "unknown short" in this controller is really an index of UV Set, which this controller should use (at least, most of 3D-editing tools use this field). From what I can tell, some kind of external hacks for Morrowind (MGE, MCP, MWSE, or whatever they use) adds a support for this field too.
This bug at least affects meshes from Glow in the Dahrk.
