Slowfall effect resets player jumping flag
While falling height reset is mostly fine (it's a question whether the falling height should accumulate from 0 again after the effect expires), slowfall effect shouldn't make GetPCJumping function decide that the player is no longer jumping.
Fixing this should allow the slowfall ability of Seht's Legs from Sotha Sil Expanded which should stay on the player while the player is in the process of jumping to work properly again.
