Animation issues with VAOs
OSG 3.5.something added VAOs as an option. These need special handling which VBOs don't. This fixes that: https://github.com/OpenMW/openmw/pull/2083. As this is support for a new OSG feature rather than a bug fix, per se, it might be better to consider this a new feature rather than a bug fix.
I'm making an issue report for this even though I've already fixed it so that it doesn't get left out of the changelog.
I've been told that on OSX, OpenMW uses VAOs by default when available. If that's the case, this might need backporting into 0.45. @Thunderforge @corristo What do you know about that?
