Ability to display/reset/edit refnums
As far as I know, the only way to uniquely identify any given FRMR/Instance/Reference in the world is by the combination of its RefNum and the Cell it occupies. Given this I would think it would be a good idea to be able to display these both in-game and in openmw-cs. It would also be useful to be able to both individually edit a given instance's refnum or recalculate all refnums within a cell in openmw-cs.
Conflicts in refnums within cells have lead to instances earlier in a file being replaced in the ESMLoader by those later encountered, !49 (merged) should ensure that at least OpenMW-CS will no longer create duplicate refnums within cells and I would assume the original TES-CS is safe in this regard as well but for the purposes of accurate scripting the ability to at least view refnums would probably clear up some headaches among modders.
