Scripts profiler
I think it would be interesting to see the biggest script performance hogs, even if on most low end setups the largest performance drain are draw calls, there are some mods that have pathological usecases that would be good to identify for wikis and such.
This is probably complex to do? Since every script is supposed to run every frame and there are no loops in morrowind scripting - except that 'every frame' one - you would expect scripts would have mostly equal time, but i guess pathological cases are using costly functions or useless deep checks before doing nothing every frame and that might show itself on a simple time elapsed ranking.
You may even collate all the current scripts by 'esp' time.
