Missing sound causes an exception inside Say command
Rename your sound/vo/misc/chargenname1.mp3 file and start a new game. As a result, these lines appear in the console:
Execution of script CharGenNameNPC failed:
Resource 'sound/vo/misc/chargenname1.mp3' not found
And the whole chargen process is broken. A similar thing with greetings and other voiced speech - if the file is missing, OpenMW throws an exception and skips the rest of frame update.
The better solution would be just check if the file exists and print the error to log, without throwind exceptions and interrupting scripts.
