Vanilla-style water shader
One of its outstanding features of Morrowind were the visuals of the DirectX 8 "quicksilver" water. Since openMW tries to replicate Vanilla Morrowind I consider the current water shader as a bug(a good looking Bug), which should bei solved before going 1.0.
