Non-bipedal creatures with Weapon & Shield flag have inconsistent behaviour
In Arktwend creature "kobold01", which uses Scamp mesh and animations, has Weapon & Shield flag checked for some reason. In OpenMW this creature can not attack, in vanilla engine - can.
Steps to reproduce:
- Select Scamp creature in the editor.
- Set the Weapon & Shield flag.
- During game run "player->placeatme scamp 1 128 0". Result: scamp can not attack in OpenMW.
