[Regression] Texture file replacement is not intuitive on GOG Morrowind
As of this commit (https://github.com/OpenMW/openmw/commit/90f3ff2da4b37a6766e0eb369150d866ec488d06) it seems as if texture loading is broken.
I'm using a lot of data paths, pretty much all textures get replaced by some data dir or another. But when I play with this commit or later, many textures fail to load at all and I see vanilla textures mixed in with the few modded textures that do load. The problem won't be seen in vanilla due to the nature of the issue.
- Load a texture mod (such as this one: https://www.nexusmods.com/morrowind/mods/42575/ which is the one I'm using) in openmw.cfg
- Start the game
Lougian's road texture as the used road texture.
Some of Lougian's textures appear to be used, but the road specifically (for me) and many others do not. What's seen is a mix of vanilla and the desired textures.
I noticed this immediately after stepping out of the Census and Excise office in Seyda Neen (none of Lysol's textures loaded there either.)
