Combat AI: aggro priorities
Current implementation of combat AI attacks only a closest target. I do not know how vanilla Morrowind behaves, but ideally we should implement a target selection algorithm (post 1.0, maybe). At least we can calculate best action rating against all enemies and choose enemy with highest value.
