Hostile spell effects not detected/present on first frame of OnPCHitMe
In the original engine, when a spell is used to attack, you can detect its effects on the same frame OnPCHitMe starts to return 1. To do the same in openMW currently you would have to wait (presumably) another frame. I don't know whether this is because openMW returns OnPCHitMe to 1 earlier than vanilla does or because spell effects are only detected later. In any case scripts need to manually reset OnPCHitMe to 0.
