Actors with Drain Health effect retain health after dying
As far I can tell, this is also an issue with vanilla MW. It could potentially break scripts that check for "gethealth <= 0".
Steps to reproduce:
player->additem "sword of white woe" 1
(Drain Health 1 to 10 pts for 30 secs)
Kill an actor with that item
