MWRender cleanup
The mwrender-subsystem ended up a bit messy, because the current implementation is a mix between two incompatible designs. At least we must move most of the Interior/ExteriorCellRenderer classes functionality to MWScene. We should also consider, if we can throw out the two CellRenderer classes completely.
