Handle movement of objects between cells
Note: Does not affect the player.
Currently moving references works by deleting the original reference, then creating a new reference in the cell we moved to. There is nothing in place to connect these two objects.
For example, if we remove the content file that adds this reference, the reference should also be purged upon loading the saved game file. This we currently can't do.
- The respawning code does not work if the reference moved to another cell.
- The deleted objects left behind are still available for script access (https://forum.openmw.org/viewtopic.php?f=8&t=2784)
