Initial page to document the Template. Mainly deals with how to install it....

Matjaž Lamut requested to merge Lamoot/openmw:example-suite-documentation into master

With the Template becoming a part of the official OpenMW repository https://gitlab.com/OpenMW/example-suite we need to have at least a documentation page on how to install it. Later, this can include extra information and tie the Template to other articles, where the Template is used as a practical example for the topics covered.
