Add LOD support to Object Paging

OK round 2 on this, I think this version corresponds to @AnyOldName3 point of view.

In active grid, I keep all LODs needed to avoid the issue described in #6447 (closed).

Outside the active grid, I keep only one level per chunk (the highest detailed one).
